Ripple
Do I need a group?
No. You can block apps on your own. To tell or ask a group, invite friends who also use Ripple.
What if I really need an app?
Each block has a strictness. With Soft block, you wait 10 seconds, and in a group your group is told. With Ask my group, a friend has to say yes, then you get 15 minutes or the rest of the day. With Hard block, apps stay blocked until the block ends.
What can my group see?
Shared blocks, slips, streaks, requests to unblock, and messages you send them. Your app selections and personal blocks stay on your iPhone. Your group never sees which apps you open.
Ripple isn’t blocking my apps.
If Ripple says Screen Time is off, it can’t block: turn Screen Time access for Ripple back on in Settings. Location blocks also need Location access set to Always, with Precise Location on.
How do I invite someone?
Open Groups, pick your group and tap Invite people. Send them the link or the six-character code. They can open the link before they have Ripple.
Which iPhones work?
Any iPhone with iOS 26 or later.

subscription
What’s free, and what’s in Ripple Pro?
Free includes 1 personal block, 1 group, and 1 group block you create. Ripple Pro adds unlimited blocks and groups, Hard block, Ask my group, and all focus sounds.
How do I cancel?
Apple bills the subscription. Cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in Ripple: tap your avatar on Home, then Manage subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles refunds, so we can’t issue them ourselves. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I bought Ripple Pro but don’t see it.
Tap your avatar on Home, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.
How do I delete my account?
Tap your avatar on Home, then Delete account. Deleting your account doesn’t stop Apple billing, so cancel your subscription first. What happens to your data is in our Privacy Policy.
